Knut Ojermark has extensive knowledge of IT and many years with IBM as a Large Systems Specialist

Knut Ojermark received the equivalent of a B.S. degree in Electronics from K.T.I., Sweden, in 1964 and received a Radar Engineering Certificate from the Swedish Army in 1965.  

He taught 40 semesters of Advance Computer Science classes as an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University Graduate school, since 1981.

He was one of the key consultants at a multi billion dollar company in Silicon Valley. During this time, he acted as a liaison between Audit and IT and assisted with resolving all security issues. He wrote all Corporate Policies and trained over 900 employees in security awareness, locally and internationally.

He was the key consultants and project manager on the Sarbanes Oxley project at this company. He hired consultants and managed several employees to assist with the project. He wrote the test scripts and performed the test of most of the IT related transactions. He designed a web-based database to track all issues. At project completion, he gave a presentation to Earns & Young, they claimed, they have never seen such an organized project. Subsequent audit by them relieved NO ISSUES.  His total assignment lasted just under two years.

He taught numerous seminars and held many meetings with direct reports to past US President and past California and other State Governors. He taught many international seminars for Banks world wide. He was the senior director of APL’s Year 2000 conversion effort.

He taught numerous seminars on how to "Perform Effective Presentations, Interview Skills and Attitude".  He was a long term member of Toast Masters International and Gave numerous classes on Speech Craft.

Besides being a featured speaker at conferences such as MIS Training Institute's annual conferences since 1981, ISSA/IIA annual conferences, Vanguard/ISSA and Vanguard yearly Conferences for about 9 years total, Harris Corporation's Executive Conference and at BAI's conferences. Knut Ojermark was a regular instructor for MIS Training Institute for over 15 years.

Knut Ojermark was a technical audit manager and Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank for five years. Knut was Technical Audit manager and Vice President of Bank of America for three years.  

Knut Ojermark formed his own consulting company in 1991, Kenmark International, and specialized in Computer Training, Computer Audit & Security. He is well known for numerous Computer Crime investigations and consulting.  

He is the author of the novel: "The computer disaster of the year 2000" He is also the developer of numerous software packages. Knut is also the author of the computer game "World Geography”.

He is a past member of Rotary Club International.
